Pharmacy is the science and technique of preparing, preserving, compounding, and dispensing drugs safely and accurately.

The Wellness Plan Medical Centers’ (TWP) patients have access to an integrated healthcare team to ensure they receive quality prescription therapy to improve their health outcomes. 

TWP has onsite pharmacies at our East, Gateway and Northwest Medical Centers. Pharmacy is a critical part of our patient services and care. Providing pharmacy services in-house allows us to work with members of our healthcare team to ensure patients receive their medication regimens. Patient counseling improves medication adherence and compliance.

Our team includes a pharmacy automation (robot) developed to provide a higher level of workflow efficiency and free time for the pharmacist to shift time and resources from administrative work to deliver quality patient care. Our expert team is prepared to answer any questions you may have about your new or reoccurring prescriptions and prescription coverage needs.

· Medication Therapy Management services are provided by qualified pharmacists to improve patient medication adherence and therapeutic outcomes.

· Sliding-Fee Drug Discount Program provides deeply discounted pharmacy services to eligible patients based on their income relative to the federal poverty guidelines.

· Direct Relief provides free health and beauty aids, durable medical equipment and over-the-counter medicine.
